Can i live in my Shed?
You cannot live in a Class 10 Shed, however, we can design a building to a Class 1 Liveable standard. There are further inclusions and costs that go into this type of build so head to our 'Sheds to live in' page for more information or talk to our team who will be able to assist.
How much does a shed cost at AGS?
All of our sheds are priced individually and are quoted by our expert team depending on your style and size. We will provide the most up-to-date and cost effective price that is right for you. There are no hidden costs and your contract will give you a full break down of prices.
What is the estimated time on my shed building process?
Once your shed council documents have been sent to council and been approved, our build turn around time is roughly 10 weeks from the approval date. This will also be weather dependent but generally, our customers have the shed completed within two and half months.
Do we build the whole shed?
We build your sheds up to lock up stage and ensure all your products and materials are of the highest standard. You can trust our team to build with quality and professionalism. We have a range of products such as; Carports, Liveable dwellings, Garages, Curved roof sheds, Industrial sheds, Farm and Rural sheds, and Horse Arenas.

Can you speed up the process of our shed build?
The short answer, no.
BUT, once you receive your quote and decide to build your shed with us, a deposit is taken and we submit your council documents. We then provide the estimated build time once your council is approved and our team will keep you updated on your shed building process. This is mostly within a 10 week period unless there are complications with the council approval, which our team will keep you updated every step of the way.
Do we need council approvals and do you provide them?
All shed builds need council approvals which is a requirement by law. Our staff know their stuff and can help you in the process. We can submit your council documents for you and keep you updated on your approval date. Once your approval date has been confirmed, we have 10 week turnaround time to the completion of your shed.
What type of warranty do you provide on our shed?

Do you custom build the shed?
Yes! All sheds are built to order and we custom build your new shed to suit you and your needs. Our team will walk you through every step in the process and create the perfect build for you.
